On August 7, a mine explosion took place in the Qizilqaya village area of the Khojavend district, which was recently liberated from occupation. According to a joint statement from the press services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Prosecutor General's Office, and the Mine Clearance Agency (ANAMA), Elchin Telman oglu Abbasov, born in 1961 and a resident of the Gazakh district, was operating a bulldozer in an uncleared minefield area when the bulldozer hit a mine.
