On August 7, a mine explosion took place in the Qızılqaya village area of the liberated Khojavend district. According to AZERTAC, a joint statement was released by the press services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Prosecutor General's Office, and the Mine Clearance Agency (ANAMA). The incident involved Elchin Telman oglu Abbasov, born in 1961 and a resident of the Gazakh district, whose bulldozer struck a mine in an uncleared area.
