Turkish Parliament Adopts 12-Article Law Supporting the 'Turkey Without Terror' Process

The Grand National Assembly of Turkey has adopted a 12-article bill prepared within the framework of the 'Turkey Without Terror' program, targeting the cessation of activities by the PKK/KCK terrorist organization. The bill provides a legal framework allowing for the postponement of investigations and court proceedings related to the terrorist organization under certain conditions.
