President Ilham Aliyev: Nakhchivan, Eastern Zangazur, and Karabakh Should Progress with a Unified Development Strategy

In an interview given in Nakhchivan, President Ilham Aliyev stated that the liberated territories of Nakhchivan, Eastern Zangazur, and Karabakh must be developed according to a unified concept. The head of state emphasized that the master plans for the cities have been approved and instructed that modern infrastructure and development plans be prepared for Nakhchivan city as well. This approach aims to ensure sustainable and systematic development in the region.
