A New Era in Nakhchivan's Economic Development: Transformation from Blockade to Regional Economic Hub

The Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic is emerging from a long-standing geographical blockade and transforming into a regional economic hub through large-scale projects in industry, energy, and transportation. The strategy implemented under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev aims not only to strengthen the security of the autonomous republic but also to increase its economic potential and ensure access to foreign markets. Initiatives such as the opening of the Zangezur corridor and the establishment of the Industrial Park will turn Nakhchivan into an important economic and transportation center in Azerbaijan's western region.
