Israel Confirms Firing on Vehicle Carrying Five-Year-Old Hind Rajab in Gaza

Israeli forces have officially confirmed for the first time that they fired on a vehicle carrying five-year-old Hind Rajab and her family members during an incident in Gaza in 2024. The attack resulted in the deaths of several family members. Hind Rajab initially survived but was found dead several days later. Following the incident, aid was dispatched during a phone call made by the Palestinian Red Crescent Society; however, the ambulance was also fired upon, resulting in the deaths of two medical workers.
