General Requirements for Cybersecurity of Publicly Significant Information Infrastructure to Be Established

General requirements for the cybersecurity of information infrastructure performing publicly significant functions will be established. This was reported in connection with President Ilham Aliyev's decree on the implementation of amendments to the law "On Information, Informatization, and Protection of Information." According to the decree, the Cabinet of Ministers must, within nine months and in agreement with the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, approve the general requirements for the cybersecurity of information infrastructure performing publicly significant functions.
