5 Kilograms of Narcotics Discovered in Baku

During an operation conducted by the Narimanov District Police Department in Baku, 34-year-old Elcan Huseynov was found in possession of 5 kilograms of narcotic and psychotropic substances. The suspect was detained as a result of measures taken against the illegal circulation of drugs, and investigations are ongoing.
