Drones Observed at Military Base Housing Patriot Missile Systems in Germany

A few days after an explosive device was discovered at Leipzig airport, two drones were observed at a military base in Mechernich, Germany, where components of the US-made Patriot missile systems are stored. The Bundeswehr military police were called to the scene to conduct an investigation, and the matter was handed over to local police authorities. This incident is the latest in a series of frequent drone sightings around military facilities in European countries supporting Ukraine. Moscow has stated that it has no connection to these incidents.
