Azerbaijan Film Academy Opens Cinema Innovation Center

The Azerbaijan Film Academy has announced the launch of a film incubation center within its educational program. This center was created to realize the creative potential of student teams and has already presented its initial results. Within the academy's film activity program, 10 short films have been produced, with 7 of them released on the YouTube platform, quickly attracting a wide audience. The newly established film incubation center aims to make a significant contribution to the development of contemporary Azerbaijani cinema and to support the formation of the national film ecosystem. This initiative will provide favorable conditions for young film professionals to gain experience and expand their creative opportunities. Zaur Tahirsoy, the founder of the Azerbaijan Film Academy, emphasizes that the incubation program holds strategic importance for the development of the film industry in the country. The project also aims to improve the quality of local film production and enhance prospects for international recognition.
